Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead night shift production activities and provide line support, ensuring daily workloads are met and equipment needs are coordinated with other departments.

You will oversee inventory, start-up and maintenance of production equipment, and supervise associates to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency. A BA/BS and beverage manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing with shift ownership.
• BA/BS preferred; prior supervision in production environment.
• Experience in beverage/food or clean manufacturing with quality/hygiene regulations.
• Proficiency with production equipment, scheduling, inventory control, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Night Shift production associate activities and provide line support.
• Set daily workload schedules coordinating with internal departments to meet product/equipment needs.
• Maintain and inventory all parts, supplies, and equipment used in production.
• Complete daily/period end cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory.
• Oversee start-up, operation, changeover, shutdown, and preventative maintenance of equipment.
