Job summary

Primo Brands in Lorton, VA is hiring a Production Technician for the night shift to operate, changeover, and maintain packaging lines including fillers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers. The role offers $25.45/hour with a 6%-8% shift differential and a Mon-Fri schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work on your own and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Record preventive maintenance, quality data and downtime metrics.
• Adhere to GMP, safety practices and observe safety programs.
• Communicate issues promptly to maintain standards and efficiency.
