Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our night-shift team at the Norton, MA facility. You will operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment such as fillers, labelers, case packers, and forklift systems. The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and achieving performance targets.

A high school diploma is required; prior clean manufacturing and forklift experience are preferred. Willingness to train on day shift for 6–8 weeks is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift (9:00 pm – 5:30 am) and attend startup/handover meetings.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Record preventative maintenance activities and key metrics.
• Adhere to safe work practices and GMPs.
• Communicate effectively when issues arise to maintain standards.
