Job summary

Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Nights shift to support high-speed beverage production. You will install, troubleshoot and maintain automated equipment, execute predictive maintenance plans, and ensure adherence to GMP and safety practices across the plant.

Your role includes reading schematics, repairing drives and controllers, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with production to prevent downtime while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing.
• Read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/Email).
• Welding and fabrication skills (Mig/Tig/Stick) and electrical systems experience.
• Forklift experience a plus; safety-conscious and GMP-aware.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain highly automated production machinery.
• Plan and execute predictive/preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read schematics and repair drives, servo motors, controllers and safety modules.
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders before shift end.
• Coordinate with production to minimize disruption and support continuous improvement.
• Provide training to staff on basic equipment operation and maintenance.
