Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation, a leading beverage company in North America, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Framingham, MA location. The role focuses on preventative and reactive maintenance of production lines to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.

You will work the 10:00 pm – 6:30 am shift, Sunday through Thursday, with holiday/weekend coverage as needed. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with match, ESPP, and comprehensive insurance programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute preventative maintenance according to PM schedule to minimize downtime.
• Complete reactive maintenance on production lines by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components.
• Create retrofits and fabrication, tear down/repair and assembly; work on PLCs, VFDs, and motors.
• Coach operators on basic maintenance and equipment settings; support special projects.
