Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Night Shift Production Worker to assemble kits, pre-weigh ingredients, and track inventory in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing plant. The role supports quality and GMP standards in a location with 12-hour shifts and a 2.00 night differential.

You will follow recipes, monitor batch production of soft drinks and energy drinks, maintain clean work areas, and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong mechanical background and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Pre-weigh ingredients following recipes.
• Batch soft drinks and energy drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas.
• Monitor area activities during shift.
• Ensure all product specifications are met.
• Follow recipes and directions precisely, to the letter.
• Conduct physical counts on customer inventories.
• Learn and apply new processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead.
• Adhere to GMP and quality production and food safety.
