Shank’s Extracts, LLC d/b/a Universal Ingredients – Shank’s in Lancaster, PA is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Team Leader to oversee production line teams, ensure GMP compliance, and support the department supervisor. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, safety, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include leading line employees, monitoring performance, coordinating with maintenance, and maintaining quality and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of team-leading experience in a food production environment.
• Food Safety Systems.
• Familiar with ERP software.
• OSHA 10 hrs training.

Responsabilités

• Lead production filling lines employees and manage staff development; track attendance and performance.
• Coach and enforce GMPs, sanitation, and safety policies.
• Coordinate with department supervisor, assist with hiring and training.
• Maintain production schedules and prioritize work orders using ERP systems.
• Ensure quality, integrity, and culture in the department; resolve team member issues.
• Support maintenance and equipment functionality; monitor process controls and troubleshoot.
