Job summary

Gellert Global Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Sun-Thu and Fri morn). You will support the Production Manager, oversee multiple lines, and ensure accurate data entry, GMPs and safety compliance.

You will lead a production team, coordinate equipment startup, and manage attendance while collaborating with QA, Maintenance, and Shipping to meet throughput and quality goals in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with accuracy.
• Demonstrated leadership and clear communication skills.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate lifting equipment.
• Physical ability to stand/walk and lift up to 40 pounds per OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct production operations to meet throughput and schedules.
• Coordinate equipment setup and startup readiness.
• Lead pre- and post-shift safety and goal meetings.
• Communicate daily objectives and staffing to teams and management.
• Enter production data accurately for reporting and payroll.
• Supervise the production team and manage attendance.
• Ensure GMPs, SOPs and OSHA safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and track work orders.
• Escalate issues to the Production Manager as needed.
