Shank's Extracts, LLC d/b/a Universal Ingredients – Shank's is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Team Leader in Lancaster, PA. The role leads production line teams, ensures GMP compliance, and supports the department supervisor.

The position requires ERP proficiency, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of team-leading experience in a food production environment preferred.
• Familiar with ERP systems and GMP practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line team members and support department supervisor.
• Uphold GMP, sanitation, record-keeping and safety standards.
• Develop and coach staff, monitor attendance, and assist in hiring processes.
• Coordinate schedules and shift orders using ERP tools.
• Ensure quality and safety across production lines.
