ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a Production Associate duty and to provide support to the department team leader and supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsiblefor upholding company policies and procedures including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), production lines, sanitation, cleanliness, equipment verification, and process validation.
• Promoteshealthycommunication between workers and management.
• Maintainsworkflow by applying steps of the process; monitoring control points; communicating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; and initiating and encouraging a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
• Maintainsqualityand safety by respecting organization standards.
• Ensuresoperation of equipment, which includes filling lines, filters, and reports issues.
• Maintainsasafeand clean work environment to all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Cleansandsanitizesequipmentandcontainersusedinproductiontoensurenocross-contaminationallincompliancewith established policies and procedures.
• Experienceworking effectively and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Abilitytomaintaina repetitive, consistentworkenvironmentwith the goalofefficiency andaccuracy.
• Perform LOTO of equipment to clean, and clear jams, and perform change-overs.
• Performsother duties as assigned.
