Job summary

Heartisan Foods is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Production Manager on the third shift (11pm–7am), Sunday-Thursday/Friday morning. The role oversees multiple manufacturing lines, ensures throughput, and posts production data into the ERP system while maintaining QA documentation and GMP/safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating setup, leading daily meetings, monitoring timecards and attendance, and collaborating with Quality Assurance and Maintenance to uphold OSHA,

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
7+ years of manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient with ERP systems and computer applications.
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Oversee production lines to meet throughput and schedules.
Lead daily pre/post-shift meetings and communicate goals.
Enter production data accurately into ERP and ensure payroll reporting.
Coordinate equipment setup and maintenance with maintenance and QA.
Ensure GMP, SOP, OSHA compliance and safe work environment.
