Job summary

Graham Packaging in Lee's Summit, MO, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams on the 6:45pm–7am night shift (2-2-3 schedule). You will enforce safety, quality, and GMP policies while driving productivity and labor utilization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations experience and at least two years in a supervisory capacity. Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork are essential, with occasional travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related operations experience required.
• 2+ years in an operations supervisory or management role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across the manufacturing process.
• Enforce safety, quality, GMP, and company policies.
• Manage shift operations, training, and performance management.
• Review time records and staff scheduling; manage staffing levels.
• Ensure proper inventory control and adherence to CQI objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.
