Winland Foods, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a high‑performing manufacturing operation at our Lee's Summit, MO facility.

You will direct daily production, coach associates, and drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement on the night shift (6 pm–6:30 am; 2‑2‑3 schedule). The role requires SAP experience, strong data interpretation, and the ability to develop reports and training materials while ensuring GMP/5S compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Proficient in spreadsheets; able to analyze and interpret data to drive production performance.
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lead production employees and coordinate with management.
• Draft reports, develop one-point lessons, and publish training material.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily startup, routine production and changeover processes for assigned lines using SAP tools.
• Schedule personnel for training, callouts, and temporary staff.
• Maintain records for reprocess and downtime.
• Verify production numbers with warehouse and pack quantities.
• Implement the production plan for the shift and ensure adherence to schedule.
• Manage indirect material inventory to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with Quality Control on holds and new procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders for Production.
• Lead corrective actions and continuous improvements per management.
