Job summary

Graham Packaging is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for the York, PA facility with a night shift (11pm–7am, Sunday–Thursday). You will lead maintenance staff, direct daily work orders, and drive the plant's preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment reliability and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent maintenance experience and 2 years in a supervisory capacity within manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and related maintenance experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations or maintenance supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance staffing and assignments to meet production priorities.
• Ensure Plant’s Preventative Maintenance Program is executed and maintained.
• Lead major troubleshooting and implement corrective actions for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Manage parts inventory and procurement with plant engineer approval.
• Support safety audits and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
