Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor, guiding associates toward safety, quality and efficiency goals. You will drive continuous improvement, coach teams, and ensure adherence to GMP and 5S while coordinating with maintenance and QA.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong data skills, and proven leadership. Night shift, with a 2-2-3 schedule, at the Lee's Summit site, offering comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Proficient in spreadsheets; ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective at leading production employees.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily start up, routine production and changeover processes.
• Schedule personnel including training, callouts and temporary staff.
• Maintain records for reprocess and verify downtime worksheets.
• Update daily production reports and production checklists.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders for Production and manage non-conforming product recovery.
