Job summary

DFA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00pm-5:00am) with rotating weekend coverage in Wisconsin. You will plan, direct and supervise activities to meet production schedules and KPI targets while fostering a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include leading the supervisory team, enforcing SQF and GMP standards, driving continuous improvement, budget oversight, and cross‑department collaboration to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and English literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production staff to meet schedules and KPIs.
• Drive safety culture and SQF/AIB compliance across the facility.
• Control budgets, manage sanitation, 5S and MSS programs daily.
• Provide training, performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
