The role requires leadership experience in food manufacturing, strong GMP/HACCP/FSMA/SQF knowledge, and the ability to guide a 75-person operation while collaborating with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, FSMA and SQF requirements.
• Ability to supervise safety, quality and production on shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily safety, quality and production on shift.
• Lead production staff and maintain relationships across teams.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, FSMA and SQF adherence.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality and planning groups.
• Oversee cleaning, sanitation and equipment checks.
• Provide feedback and support employee development.
• Assist with scheduling and production records as needed.
