• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related operations experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
• Candidates will interact with managers, employees, vendors and customers, requiring strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees on night shift to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Lead shift meetings, document decisions and status updates, and manage time records for the shift.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance management to optimize labor utilization and plant efficiency.
