Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor based in Bowling Green, KY for night shift (7pm–7am, 2/2/3 schedule). Supervises hourly staff across all blow molded container manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations experience and at least 2 years of supervisory work in manufacturing. Travel up to 25% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or related operations experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
• Communicates effectively and conveys facts clearly both verbally and orally.
• Collaborates well with others and proactively contributes to group objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees in all phases of blow-molded container manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality, customer service, housekeeping and training.
• Manage performance, labor utilization, inventories, and shift documentation.
• Review time records and manage shift staffing and scheduling.
• Lead shift meetings and participate in safety meetings.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
