Job summary

Graham Packaging Company seeks a Production Supervisor for the Bowling Green, KY location to oversee night-shift operations. You will supervise hourly staff across all phases of blow-molded container production, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing shift personnel, and coordinating with plant leadership to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years in an operations supervisory/management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees on night shift (7pm–7am) on a 2/2/3 schedule.
• Enforce safety, quality, GMP and company policies; drive CQI.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and shift documentation.
• Monitor machine utilization and efficiency, and coordinate with maintenance/engineering.
