Job summary

Malarkey Roofing Products Co. is seeking an Overnight Production Supervisor to manage night shift manufacturing operations at the Franklin, IN site. The role focuses on safety, schedule adherence, and cross‑department coordination to deliver quality roofing products.

The candidate will lead a team, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage production activities and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight production activities and staffing.
• Maintain production schedule and ensure timely completion of blends and builds.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance discussions and training.
• Collaborate with Plant staff on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production records and verify data accuracy.
