Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating production activities and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean production environment and enforce procedures.
• Maintain production schedule by coordinating activities and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company safety standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and coach staff on performance and safety.
• Plan and assign work, adjust schedules, and inspect materials for conformance.
