Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Lead - Days to supervise plant maintenance crews and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks. This daytime role supports safety and reliability across manufacturing operations.

You will plan preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, maintain records, and mentor the team while upholding high safety standards and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing maintenance field, including mechanical, electrical, millwright, equipment installation, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance records, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and priorities for mechanics/electricians with plant and maintenance managers.
• Provide input on preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance, breakdown, and project work orders.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and repair/replace plant machinery as needed.
• Mentor team members and enforce safety policies across the department.
