Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Ability to deploy production KPIs.
• Experience in polymer compounding.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operations on the assigned shift.
• Supervise employees and ensure goals are met.
• Enforce safety procedures and train new staff.
• Coordinate scheduling to achieve 95% on-time deliveries.
• Optimize manpower with a 2-2-3 rotation.
• Drive 6S and Lean improvements in manufacturing area.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and assist audits.
• Perform quarterly reviews and administer attendance program.
