Job summary

Church & Dwight in Colonial Heights, VA, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead night crews in a high‑speed manufacturing setting. You will coordinate personnel, equipment, and product to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires Lean knowledge and strong leadership for continuous improvement. The position runs 7:00pm–7:00am, three days one week and four days the next, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related leadership experience.
• 2-4-year post-secondary degree required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, safety policies, GMP and Lean practices.
• Train and orient department staff.
• Operate and oversee machines with maintenance coordination.
• Maintain attendance records and counsel staff as needed.
• Prepare production reports, DHRs, PPRs and related records.
• Review documents before Quality Control; ensure accuracy.
