Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring GMP compliance and safety across the plant. You will drive production goals and build a skilled, motivated team through coaching, training, and performance management.

The role requires collaboration with all departments to foster a one-team culture, oversee shift handovers, and lead continuous improvement initiatives (TPM/Kaizen) to maximize quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Supervise plant operations with emphasis on safety and GMP compliance.
• Develop and maintain production policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop a motivated, well-trained staff to hit production goals.

Responsibilities

• Be at least 30 minutes early to coordinate shift handover and meetings.
• Lead by example with quality focus and safety.
• Work with all operations to foster a one-team mindset.
• Track key production metrics: safety, efficiency, waste, downtime, labor costs.
• Ensure GMP and safety training is delivered and understood.
• Investigate safety concerns and maintain a safe environment.
• Inspect machinery and equipment for maintenance and safe operation.
• Meet audit requirements and drive corrective actions.
• Coach, train, and discipline staff per corporate policies.
• Schedule and conduct production meetings.
• Participate in trainings and continuous improvement projects such as TPM, Kaizen, lean.
