First Quality’s Anderson, SC facility seeks a Senior Product Supervisor to lead night-shift operations in Extrusion, Flexographic Printing, and Warehouse. You will drive safety, quality, and production efficiency, coaching teams and coordinating with Maintenance, Quality, and HR to meet KPIs and on-time fulfillment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with 3+ years in supervision, plus strong communication and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics, film extrusion, printing, or packaging.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop production teams across Extrusion, Flexographic Printing, and Warehouse operations.
• Own performance management, succession planning, and talent development; conduct evaluations with Dept. Leaders.
• Foster safety, quality, and continuous improvement; coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Procurement and HR.
• Oversee daily production schedules and meet output, quality, and delivery targets; monitor KPIs.
