Job summary

Techmer PM is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Clinton, TN. The role supervises the production team to ensure safe, efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries. The supervisor enforces safety procedures, trains staff, and collaborates with maintenance and engineering on process improvements.

Qualifications include 2-3 years of manufacturing supervision, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and proficiency with QMS and D365 ERP. Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of prior manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience in applying Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma tools.
• Experience with QMS in Manufacturing.
• Experience deploying manufacturing metrics (KPI).
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise employees to meet mission and goals.
• Improve working area conditions in collaboration with maintenance and engineering.
• Lead safety training and disciplinary actions when required.
• Drive on-time deliveries and optimize manpower efficiency.
• Implement 6S and lean improvements in manufacturing.
