Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance objectives.
• Build an engaged, accountable, and inclusive team culture through coaching, performance management, employee development, and recognition.
• Manage staffing, work assignments, and shift transitions to ensure efficient production operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees while addressing performance and employee relations issues.
• Direct daily production activities to maximize productivity, optimize labor utilization, and minimize operating costs.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet customer and business requirements.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate collection and reporting of production performance metrics.
