Job summary

Morgan Steel is seeking an experienced Night Shift Superintendent / Foreman to oversee all manufacturing and warehouse operations during the night shift. This role leads supervisors, coordinates departments, and ensures production schedules are met with safety and quality in mind.

The position requires strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills, with a focus on Lean practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years in progressive manufacturing leadership.
• Experience supervising multiple departments and 50+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift manufacturing, fabrication, machining, warehouse, and shipping.
• Direct and support supervisors and hourly staff across departments.
• Ensure on-time production with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor labor, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead shift meetings, communicate priorities, and develop staff.
