Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM) at the Salisbury, NC facility to lead the operations team and uphold our safety, quality, and productivity standards. You will coordinate with shift supervisors, monitor performance data, and drive Lean initiatives, 6S, and continuous improvement while developing staff and meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in a supervisory/management role in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead safety, quality, and production goals.
• Strong communication, integrity, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead production staff and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors and plant managers to meet goals.
• Facilitate daily production meetings and drive Lean initiatives.
• Maintain attendance, staffing, and performance documentation.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot problems, and manage maintenance PMs.
• Support inventory, MRP entries, and plant operations.
