Job summary

Sediver is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations during the Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM) with a 4-week rotation. The role emphasizes supervising staff, ensuring quality, and enforcing safety across departments, with orientation covering ISO certifications.

The position requires strong leadership, experience supervising production teams, and proficiency in production management software and MS Office while driving efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, monitor workflow, and coordinate with other departments to meet schedules, quality standards, and minimize downtime.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, resolving personnel issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor product quality, ensure adherence to standards, and conduct routine inspections to maintain product integrity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, ensure OSHA compliance, and investigate accidents.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate, properly stored stock.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records of production activities, staff schedules, and safety incidents.
