Job summary

Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed in North Carolina is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead the production team on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (7:45 PM–8:00 AM) with every-other-weekend work. The role emphasizes safety, quality, housekeeping, and cost reduction while enforcing plant rules and conducting coaching and performance reviews.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in manufacturing and 5+ years in supervision, plus experience with UKG, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of supervision/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ISO methodologies (ISO 9001, 14001) and OHSAS 18001 is preferred.
• Experience with UKG and SAP systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly production employees for safe and efficient operation of line equipment and processes.
• Lead shift safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies.
