Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a shift supervisor for a 3rd shift (10p-6:30am, Sun night–Fri morning) in Gaffney, SC. You will lead a team of about 30, ensuring safety, product quality, and asset performance while delivering the production plan on time.

You’ll participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and corrective action, while coordinating with on-site teams and Nestlé USA to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or Organizational Leadership/Supervision.
• 2+ years in food manufacturing with production floor experience preferred.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing or TPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~30 employees to deliver the shift/line/area production plan on time.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and quality objectives are met through SOP adherence.
• Coach and develop staff, review targets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering for smooth operations.
• Manage industrial relations and ensure adequate skill distribution to meet plan.
