Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Production Supervisor/Team Leader in the United States to apply Daily Management System (DMS) to daily operations, coach teams, and ensure SOPs and cGMP compliance for quality and safety. The role will drive performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost while maintaining a positive work environment.

The position emphasizes coaching, training, and evaluating associates, with attention to overtime planning and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

2–3 years lead/supervision experience.
5+ years experience in applicable operations.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Provides daily direction; motivates and develops successful teams.
Participates in the recruitment and training of new associates.
Responsible for all associate related issues for direct reports.
Develops, coaches and counsels team members on a regular basis.
Communicates performance expectations to associates.
Coaches and develops associates, performing regular evaluations of associates through data and observations.
Ensures safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are met daily.
Monitors associate performance and provides coaching; counsels and takes corrective actions when needed.
Ensures tasks are completed within set deadlines.
Drafts and maintains performance documentation per policy.
