Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer based applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas.
• Plans, assigns and directs work and coordinates weekly CI Meetings.
• Maintains time and production records as required.
• Directs setup and adjustments to machines and inspects products for conformance.
• Coordinates production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements.
• Leads by example with the Dean Foods Code of Ethics and company policies.
