Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or two years of plant supervision experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety policies is required.
• Experience leading teams and enforcing quality procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to maximize daily output.
• Plan, assign and direct work across shifts.
• Coordinate weekly CI Meetings and address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and quality policies.
• Maintain production records and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback.
