Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years plant experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts.
• Plan, assign, and direct work and coordinate weekly CI Meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain production records and coordinate schedules.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate department activities.
