Job summary

Clover Farms is seeking a Cooler Supervisor to oversee all Cooler department activities, coordinate schedules and CI meetings, and drive productivity across shifts in Reading, PA. You will supervise shipping and warehouse operations, ensure GMP compliance, and uphold safety and quality policies.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum 2 years plant experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience leading and enforcing Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (drug, background, criminal).

Responsibilities

• Supervises Cooler operations including production planning, scheduling and directing work.
• Maintains inventory, shipping/receiving and safety/quality compliance.
• Trains and instructs staff in shipping and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinates weekly CI meetings and collaborates with other supervisors.
• Establishes and monitors work schedules to meet business needs.
• Prepares reports and maintains time/shipping records for management.
• Ensures cleanliness and organization of the Cooler area.
• Leads and develops a team across functions and shifts.
