Job summary

Clover Farms Dairy Co is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance activities across a busy 24/7 plant in Reading, PA. The role ensures continuous production, oversees preventive maintenance programs, and manages safety, budgets, and capital projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to optimize operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Working knowledge of installation, construction of maintenance equipment, utilities and building.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to write legibly to complete paperwork.
• Able to read and interpret documents pertaining to safety rules, Haz-Mat, operating, and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure continuous production operation.
• Develop preventive maintenance program and manage budget for the department.
• Inspect work for compliance with blueprints, specs and standards.
• Plan and implement capital projects and improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers and suppliers; liaison during site inspections.
