Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of 2 years plant experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer based applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff on assigned shifts to support 24/7 production.
• Plan, assign and direct work; coordinate weekly CI Meetings.
• Maintain equipment, utilities, buildings and grounds.
• Use CMMS to optimize asset utilization and scheduled maintenance.
• Implement corrective actions to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold GMPs and MOS; follow OSHA regulations and policies.
• Manage employees directly or through supervisors; handle performance issues.
