Job summary

BlueWorx Staffing is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a shift on the manufacturing floor in Oklahoma City. You will own daily performance, coach a crew, and drive safety, quality, and throughput. Expect to troubleshoot on the spot and champion lean improvements while solving problems in real time.

You’ll manage onboarding, performance feedback, attendance, and conflict resolution. This role requires a floor-level presence and a focus on producing a consistent, high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Track record of meeting production and quality targets while maintaining safety.
• Comfort reading production scorecards and trends.
• Clear, direct communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for shift, coordinating people, materials, and equipment.
• Supervise and schedule production associates to ensure safe, quality output.
• Monitor throughput, scrap, downtime, and first-pass yield; take corrective action.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and involve maintenance/engineering as needed.
• Enforce safety and quality standards; conduct root-cause discussions when issues arise.
• Drive continuous improvement using 5S/lean or practical fixes.
• Handle onboarding, performance feedback, attendance, and conflict resolution.
• Communicate with plant leadership and support functions to stay aligned.
