Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor based in York, PA, for a night shift (7pm–7am) on a 2/2/3 schedule. You will supervise hourly workers across container manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, while leading shift teams and managing staffing, training, and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or relevant operations experience, plus 2+ years in a supervisory manufacturing role and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within prescribed routines and practices.
