Red Boot Beverage in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple lines. This role provides leadership and coaching, driving continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

The position operates on the third shift (11:30 pm to 7:00 am) on-site, with full-time hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment or combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with GMP, SQF, HACCP or other food safety/quality systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production team in a fast-paced, high-speed environment with a focus on safety, clear communication, accountability, and adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee production operations across lines or departments by assigning responsibilities, ensuring coverage, and adjusting staffing to control labor costs.
• Proactively address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Coordinate production schedules, changeovers, sanitation, and material flow with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Track production performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
