Job summary

The role runs 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM from Sunday evening to Friday morning, and requires a high school diploma with 3+ years manufacturing experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive pay range is $73,200 to $117,800 yearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a union and/or non-union environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 small or similar areas/processes within the production facility/line.
• Provide performance feedback and appraisals to team members to guide their development.
• Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards and processes on the production floor.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream projects to meet the production schedule.
