You will lead a team, manage tasks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to coordinate training and development across shifts.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Experience assessing employee skills and coordinating training.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and resource management.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a night shift team, assign tasks, track performance, and manage absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and report shift-level quality and delivery metrics.
• Facilitate training and development for team members.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain 5S and CI practices.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and training alignment.
• Support operational planning and manage shift handovers and scheduling.
