Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 small or similar areas within the production facility/line.
• Supervise production team members in union and/or non-union settings and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members.
• Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream projects to meet production schedules.
