Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing processes by leading staff and production activities.
• Set weekly production schedules and adjust as needed.
• Train and coach new hires on policies and procedures.
• Monitor quality and performance data to improve efficiency.
• Address personnel issues and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure adherence to systems and procedures and implement corrective actions.
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping.
• Support other areas as needed.
