Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Available to work overtime or outside normal business hours.
• Minimum 2 years experience with electrical systems (480v/240v/120v).
• Minimum 2 years experience with pneumatics.
• Minimum 2 years experience with hydraulics.
• Experience maintaining PLC equipment preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, carpentry, welding and fabrication preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting robotic equipment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• Energetic and focused in a team environment.
• Ability to thoroughly complete paperwork/documents.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain production machines and facility equipment; perform routine maintenance per schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and perform unscheduled repairs to keep production running safely and efficiently.
• Install wiring, electrical components, pipe systems, and plumbing as required.
• Complete mechanical elements of projects from corrective actions related to safety and quality.
• Maintain PPE compliance and a clean, organized workspace.
• Read manuals, work orders, and blueprints to perform repairs.
• Order parts under the direction of Maintenance Manager.
• Coordinate routine building maintenance with outside vendors under Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist in other areas and perform duties as needed.
