Job summary

Staffmark in Carmel, IN is seeking a Production Team Lead for the third shift (11:00pm–7:00am). You will direct Production Associates, coordinate with QA, manufacturing engineering, and process engineering, and ensure safety and quality while driving efficiency.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or production roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn multiple job descriptions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, instructs, and maintains the workflow of Production associates.
• Assist in performing hands-on production and assembly functions.
• Performs minor equipment repairs when Maintenance Dept. is not available.
• Checks and inspects work of Production associates.
• Implement Lean/Agile manufacturing practices.
• Maintain and boost production efficiency and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure Production associates operate safely.
